The Road Safety Act 1986 states that any worksites on Victorian roads, or events that can affect road users, need to include a traffic management plan prepared by a pre-qualified traffic management services contractor.
We have undertaken all necessary approvals and pre-qualifications, adhering to their strict regulations so that you can rely on us to ensure road safety for your workers or guests and drivers alike.
It’s important to remember that you need to ensure that all of your permit applications to VicRoads and Victoria Police are submitted at least 60 days before the event.
Penalties can apply for many reasons including not having a traffic management plan, not giving warnings to road users, or for not using trained or qualified workers to direct traffic and carry out road work.
